This website

No cookies are set. There are no contact forms, no chat widgets, no analytics tag, no advertising pixels, no embedded maps, and no fonts or scripts loaded from anyone else’s servers. Nothing on these pages identifies you or follows you to another site.

Our web host keeps standard server logs, as essentially all hosts do — things like the requested page, a timestamp and a browser user-agent. We do not use those logs to identify individual visitors.

Call-click counting

When you tap a call button, the page records that a call button was tapped and which button it was, so we can tell which pages actually produce calls. That record contains no personal information and is not tied to you.

We may later connect this to an analytics or advertising platform to count calls. If that happens, this page will be updated to name the provider before it goes live rather than afterwards.

What happens when you call

On a call you will typically give us your name, your phone number, where the vehicle is, and the year, make and model. We use that to dispatch a truck, find you, bring the right equipment and follow up about that job. We do not sell it, rent it or share it for marketing, and we do not add you to any list.

Calls to and from this number may be handled by a standard telephone service, and your carrier and ours will have their own records of the call in the ordinary way.

Children

This is a roadside service for vehicle owners. The site is not directed at children.
