Campus lots after a break, and shift change at the medical campus
The College of Staten Island has one of the largest campus footprints in the city, and its parking behaves in a way that produces dead batteries in clusters. Victory, Richmond and the Expressway exits
Victory Boulevard runs right past the campus and is the main way in, though it is slow at rush hour. Richmond Avenue covers the Bulls Head end and the shopping at Richmond and Victory.
When the surface roads are busy we come off the Expressway at Bradley Avenue or Victory Boulevard instead. For the Brielle Avenue medical campus the approach is from Manor Road or Brielle Avenue itself.
